News: Ian Curtis’ Gravestone Stolen

The stone that marks the grave of late Joy Division vocalist Ian Curtis was taken from its Macclesfield cemetery. The gravestone, engraved w/ the date of Curtis’ suicide and the words “Love Will Tear Us Apart”, was declared missing by police on July 3rd. The police spokesperson also said that while they have no clues as of yet, they are confident that they will find the stone.
